Junior Game Developer

Noodlecake is looking for a motivated developer to join our team. Over the past 9 years, Noodlecake Games has released multiple award-winning mobile titles and helped dozens of indie devs launch games on both iOS, Android & PC  platforms.

Noodlecake prides itself in being a small, lean company. We expect employees to be able to work independently as well as within small internal teams. Every employee may need to wear several different hats as the technology landscape changes. Thus, we are looking for someone that can hit the ground running and that has a “full-stack” of skills.

Although game development experience is a plus, it is not strictly required. We are focused on finding excellent employees that have proven themselves through hard work, are eager to learn, can adapt to new technologies, and love solving problems.

Duties / Responsibilities: 

Work with partners to fix bugs, integrate 3rd party SDKs, polish the last 10%

Use Noodlecake porting technology to convert iOS games to Android platform

Develop and improve Noodlecake technologies including porting, cross-promotion, analytics, and financial tools

Evaluate and provide feedback for publishing game pitches

Skills / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Familiar with some of C / C# / C++ / Objective C / Java / Python

Competency with common development software including Xcode, Android Studio, Git

Familiar with Unity Game Engine or equivalent

Familiarity with mobile app development and distribution on the App Store / Google Play Store
